Dejar crecer durante unas 2 horas a temperatura ambiente.<br \/>3. Hacer 6 bolas y luego hacer un agujero en las bolas con un cuchar\u00f3n donuts.<br \/>4. Dejar crecer los bagels durante otros 30 minutos.<br \/>5. Hervir los bagels en una olla con agua y una cucharadita de miel 30 segundos por cada lado.<br \/>6. Escurrir los bagels y a\u00f1adir s\u00e9samo o semillas de amapola al gusto<br \/>7.
