✅ 2 scoops of PROTIPIZZA
✅ 200 g Flour
✅ 8 g Fresh yeast
✅ 200 g Water
✅ 15 g SugaR
✅ 6 g Olive oil
✅ 5 g Salt

In a bowl mix the flour with PROTIPIZZA and add the yeast, water, sugar, salt and finally the oil until a homogeneous dough is formed.
Let it grow for about 2 hours at room temperature. Make 6 balls and then make a hole in the balls with a ladle donuts. Let the bagels grow for other 30 minutes. Boil the bagels in a pot of water with a teaspoon of honey 30 seconds per side.
Drain the bagels and add sesame or poppy seeds to taste, place them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.

👉 Directions:
In a blender, combine all the ingredients (with your favorite fruits – better with iced fruits). Blend until smooth.

✅ 40g SELF instant oat
✅ 30g 00 flour
✅ 60g white egg
✅ 50g white Greek yogurt
✅ 15ml milk
✅ 5 ml coconut oil or butter (optional)
✅ 5g Baking powder
✅ Sweetener (eg. stevia)

In a bowl whip the white egg with a whisk or a whisk.
In a separate bowl mix the yogurt, milk and coconut oil or butter (butter or oil optional).
Add the oatmeal, 00 flour and baking powder.
Combine the white egg with the flour and the mix with the yogurt.
Cook in the waffle maker. Combine in with some protein cream if you like. 😋

✅ 2 Ripe Banana
✅ 1 egg
✅ 35ml sugar free maple syrup
✅ 2 scoops Salted Caramel Whey Protein
✅ 100g oat flour
✅ 1tsp Baking soda
✅ 1tsp Cinnamon
✅ 1tsp Vanilla extract

Pre-heat oven to 180°.
Place bananas into a bowl and mash until soft.
Add the egg to the banana and mix until combined.
 Then add the sugar free maple syrup and all remaining dry ingredients.
Mix together until you have a smooth batter.
Pour batter into a lined baking tin and place in oven for 25min

👉Ingredients for the pancakes:
✅ 2 scoops Pancake Mix
✅ 200ml water
✅ 2 ripe bananas
✅ 1-2 tbsp coconut oil

👉Ingredients for the peanut butter sauce:
✅ 3 tbsp peanut butter
✅ 2.5 tbsp milk of choice
✅ 2 tsp maple syrup

Mix the pancake mix and water to a smooth, thin batter.
Slice the banana into thin discs, then dip into the batter to coat.
Heat the coconut oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Fry each banana bite for a minute on each side or until golden brown.

Mix the ingredients for the peanut butter sauce. Drizzle over the pancake bites and tuck in.







Microwave Mug Cake

✅ 2 tablespoons of your Self Instant Oat favorite flavor
✅ 5 tablespoons of plant-based milk (or cow’s milk)
✅ 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
✅ 1 tablespoon of cocoa chocolate drops, raspberries, strawberries, coconut oryour favorite fruit as Toppings

Combine all the ingredients in a mug.
Cook in a microwave  at 700 watts for 2 minutes or in a oven at 180°C (356°F) fo 10/12 minutes.













Peanutbutter Smoothie

✅ 40 grams of Self Instant Oat flour
✅ 250 grams of plant-based milk of your choice
✅15 grams of Self Peanut Butter Smooth
✅ Pinch of salt
✅ Pinch of cinnamon
✅ Crushed ice

Blend all the ingredients until you obtain a smooth and creamy mixture.












Chokladbollar (Chocolate Balls)

✅ 3.5 gr Self Instant oats
✅ 1.5 gr chocolate casein
✅ 1 dl cold coffee
✅ 1 dl low-fat yogurt
✅ 2 tablespoons cocoa
✅ Pinch of salt

Blend everything in a mixer, then shape into balls and roll them in coconut flakes.












Breakfast Bowl with Instant Oat Flakes:

✅ 250 g of natuaral yogurt or coconut yogurt
✅ 2 heaping tablespoons of Self Instant oat flakes
✅ Fresh seasonal fruit to taste
✅ 2 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup
✅ Mint leaves
✅ 1 lemon

Peel, wash, and cut the fruit into small pieces. Place it in a bowl and drizzle it with lemon juice and its zest.
Divide the yogurt into two bowls, sprinkle it with oat flakes, and let it rest for 5/10 minutes before adding the fruit. This allows the flakes to soften slightly.
Decorate with mint leaves and a drizzle of honey. Serve chilled.










Egg White Pancakes:

👉Ingredients for 1 serving (3 Pancakes):
✅ 70 g Egg whites
✅ 25 g Self Instant Oat
✅ 40 g Greek yogurt
✅ ½ teaspoon baking soda

In a bowl, beat the egg. While continuing to mix, add the flour and baking soda. Add the yogurt and stir until you have a frothy and lump-free mixture.
Pour a ladle of the mixture into a preheated non-stick pan. When the edges of the pancake are cooked, flip it and let it cook for another minute or two. Serve the pancakes with jam, fresh fruit, nuts, spreads, etc.
